Gerson-Edythe (Hurwitz) of Waltham, formerly of Newton on December 3, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Michael Gerson. Devoted mother of Wendy Cheever and her husband James of Waltham, and the late Samuel Gerson and his surviving wife Geri Gerson of Boston. Cherished grandmother of Andrea Sklar and her husband Scott of Westport,CT, Dana Unger and her husband Jeffrey of Needham, Michelle Wartell and her husband Robert of NYC and Jill Mark and her husband Paul of Framingham. Adored great-grandmother of Riley,Kasey and Ryder Sklar, Gracie and Sam Unger, Spencer and Lily Mark. Loving sister of the late Bertha Brown. Graveside services at the Mishkan Tefila Memorial Park, opposite 2604 Centre Street, West Roxbury on Tuesday, December 7 at 12 Noon. Memorial observance will be omitted.
