DR. IRVING ROMANOW

Romanow-Dr. Irving of Newton, formerly of the West End of Boston, on April 12, 2009. Beloved husband of the late Mary (Cwi) Romanow. Devoted father of Allyn Romanow of CA and Elizabeth Rindler and her husband Alan of Newton. Dear grandfather of Lisa Rindler and Emily and Alex Rindler. Great Grandfather of Ava Leslie. Loving brother of Lee Romanow. Private graveside services at the Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge on Thursday, April 16 at 2 pm. Following the interment the family will return to Dr. Romanow’s late residence until 9pm and Friday 12 Noon until sundown. Remembrances may be made to Partners Hospice, 281 Winter St. Waltham, MA 02451 or to West End House, 105 Allston St. Allston, MA 02134. Dr. Romanow was a Major in the U.S. Army during World War 2. He served from 1940-1946.
