Doris (Silverman) Swiman

Swiman-Doris( Silverman) of Needham formerly of Newton on December 14, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Harold Swiman. Devoted mother of Andrea, Lisa and Cindy Swiman ,Richard Swiman and his wife Sherri and the late James D. Swiman.Dear grandmother of Henry Swiman “the light of her life”. Loving sister of Salli Swiman . Also survived by loving nieces and nephews.Services at The Brezniak-Rodman Chapel, 1251  Washington St. West Newton ( Corner of  Chestnut St.) on Sunday December 18, 2011 at 12:00 noon. Following interment at Sharon Memorial Park, memorial observance will be held at the home of Patti and Peter Poras until 8:00pm Sunday and Monday 2-4, 7-9pm.In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, 10 Brookline Place West, 6th Floor, Brookline, MA 02445  or Hospice of the Good Shepherd, 2042 Beacon St., Newton, MA 02468.The family would like to thank  Doris’s friends and staff at Wingate of Needham for their loving care
