Pearl-Schlang-Cooperstein, Betty S. (Zeidman), Age 97 of Hyde Park, formerly of Mattapan on April 30, 2009. Beloved wife of the late Murray Pearl, David Schlang and Harry Cooperstein. Devoted mother of Burt Cooperstein of Brookline, Judy (Cooperstein) Rothenberg of Silver Spring, MD and her late husband David Rothenberg, and Howard (Ruthann) Schlang of Randolph. Dear grandmother of Karen and Steve Simon of Gaithersburg, MD, Amy and Larry Cohen of Olney, MD, Dana (Schlang) and Don Gilbert of Plymouth and Great-grandmother of Courtney Simon, Andrew Simon, Kayla Cohen, Alex Cohen and Brandon Cohen all of Maryland and Caleigh Gilbert and Jacob Gilbert both of Plymouth. Loving sister of the late Saul and Sidney Zeidman. Graveside services at the Vilno Cemetery, 776 Baker St.West Roxbury on Sunday, May 3 at 12 Noon. Memorial observance will be omitted.
