Alice A. Hinden

Hinden-Alice Adele, age 91, of Brockton,formerly of sharon on September 25, 2011. She leaves her beloved husband of 68 years, Maynard Hinden; her daughters,Deborah Rosenthal of Sharon and Janis Wolkenbreit of Amherst;her son-in -law, Steven Wolkenbreit and her 4 grandchildren; Meredith and Jon Rosenthal, and Matthew and Liana Wolkenbreit. Alice was  a graduate of Boston University’s School of Practical Arts and Letters and she worked for many years as an accountant. She will always be remembered by her family and friends for the love,devotion,wisdom and chocolate chip cookies she showered upon them. Services at Temple Israel, 125 Pond Street, Sharon on Monday, September 26 at 1:30 pm. Following interment at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon there will be a memorial observance at Heights Crossing, 35 Christy Place, Brockton from4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Amercian Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA  22312.
