Ethel “Midge” Resnick Liner

Ethel “Midge” Resnick Liner, (Fatles), 89, of Wellesley and Newton, on July 13,2014, surronded by her children. Beloved wife of the late Robert Liner and the late Donald Resnick. Loving mother of Sam and Adriana Resnick, Richard Resnick, Sheryl Marshall and her husband Howard Salwen,and mother in law of Ilyn Baracewicz.. Beloved sister of Saul Fatles. Adoring Grammy of Jenna, Brett Kevin, Dana and her husband Matt.  Cherished great grandmother of Keaton. She was an avid reader, incredible friend and popular with everyone until her death.  She was a lifelong member of B’nai Brith Women and proud of her activities and presidency of the local chapter. When she moved to Waterstone in Wellesley, she made new friends and was an active participant in all activities. She will be sorely missed. Services at The Wilson Chapel, on the campus of Hebrew College, 234 Herrick Rd., Newton Centre, on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at 11:00 am.Following interment at Sharon Memorial Park, shiva will be at the home of Sheryl Marshall and Howard Salwen until 5:00 pm and 7-9pm and  Thursday 12-6 pm.In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to B’nai Brith Youth Organization, 70 Saint Stephen St., Boston, MA 02115.or New England Villages, 664 School St., Pembroke,  MA 02359.
