Prof. Walter J. Salmon

Prof. Walter J. Salmon, the Stanley Roth, Sr. Professor of Retailing, Emeritus at the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, of Brookline and Falmouth, formerly of Lincoln, died on March 8, 2015. Beloved husband of 60 years to the late Marjorie B. (Swartz) Salmon who passed away in May, 2014. Devoted father of Elizabeth Frank and her husband Richard of Lexington, Joan Salmon and her husband Nick Kaminsky of Port Washington, NY, and Stephanie Shenton of Concord. Cherished grandfather of Michael and Peter Frank, Daniel and Jared Kaminsky, and Rebecca and Matthew Shenton. Dear partner of Marsha J. Goldberg. Services at Temple Israel, 477 Longwood Ave., Boston (parking on The Riverway), Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at 10 am. Following interment in the Lincoln Cemetery, Lexington Rd., Lincoln, memorial observance will be held at his late residence until 8:00 pm and Thursday from 2:00-8:00 pm.
