Ruth (Sher) Altman, of Sharon, on Friday July 3, 2015. Beloved wife of the late George Altman. Devoted mother of Abraham Altman & his wife Dinah, Robert Altman, Lisa Miller and her husband Michael, Fred Altman and his wife Gerry, Jonathan Altman and his wife Jennifer, and James Altman and his wife Mindi. Loving sister of Judy Steinberg and the late Miriam Perlin. Dear grandmother of Zachary Altman, Andrew and Allison Altman, Rebecca Miller, Rachel and Jenna Altman, Matt St.Pierre and Jacob Altman, and many nieces and nephews.  Services at Temple Israel, 125 Pond St., Sharon, on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 11:00 am. Following interment at Sharon Memorial Park, memorial observance  will be at the residence  of James and Mindi Altman,21 Indian Lane, Sharon until 9:00 pm Monday, Tuesday thru Thursday 2-4 & 7-9pm, and Friday 2-4pm.
