Shiva (memorial observance) at the home of Wendy and Robert Russman-Halperin, Tuesday and Thursday 7-9 pm, Friday 2-4 pm, and Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 pm, and at Brookhaven, 1010 Waltham St., Lexington, on Wednesday (8/5) from 7-8:30 pm. Howard was a dedicated and caring physician for over 45 years in Miami; Iron Mountain, MI; and Temple, TX. His passion was reading and discussing literature and philosophy, and he organized Great Books discussion groups wherever he lived. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michael J.
