Serena Dwoskin Boronkay

Of Chestnut Hill, formerly of Waquoit, MA, and Scarsdale, NY, passed away on May 20, 2017. Beloved wife of George Boronkay. Devoted mother of Dena Boronkay Rashes and her husband Michael, and David Boronkay. Loving grandmother of Emma, Lily, Daniel and Hailey. Dear sister of Dr. Joseph Y. Dwoskin and his wife Ilona, Albert J. Dwoskin and his wife Claire, and the late David Dwoskin. Services at Congregation Kehillath Israel/Mishkan Tefila, 384 Harvard St., Brookline, MA, on Tuesday May 23, 2017 at 11:00 am. Following interment at Mishkan Tefila Memorial Park, West Roxbury, memorial observance will be at the home of Dena Boronkay Rashes and Michael Rashes until 9pm, Wednesday and Thursday 1-3pm & 7-9pm, and Sunday 3-8pm. In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Serena Boronkay may be made to the Serena Dwoskin Boronkay Memorial Fund at Massachusetts General Hospital in support of lung cancer research.
