Thelma Isaacs

Thelma Isaacs-of Weston,age 102,formerly of Louisville, KY,died on June 14, 2017. She was the wife of the late Jacob L. Isaacs, Jr. She was born in Louisville,KY on June 28, 1915 to father, Emile Steinfeld and mother, Florence Simons Steinfeld. Her step-mother was Pauline Kahn. She was the sister of Blanche Zellner (deceased) and Judge Samuel Steinfeld (deceased).Thelma was the beloved mother of Ellen Ignatow (deceased) and Jack Isaacs (deceased), and mother-in-law of Rayma Isaacs, John Klein, and James Ignatow (deceased). She is survived by her grandchildren: Jeffrey Isaacs, Meredith Roberts, Robert Isaacs, David Isaacs, Janna Ignatow, Bryan Ignatow, and 11 great-grandchildren.  Service will be private. Contributions may be made to the donor’s choice of charity.
