STOLL, David of Hudson passed away peacefully at home on December 25, 2017. Devoted husband of the late Cynthia (Poley) Stoll. Loving younger brother of Edna Oling and twin brother of Lois Pepkin. Devoted father of Deborah Sargent, Eric Stoll (Michelle), and Marc Stoll (Roberta). Dear grandfather of Anna, Robin, Scott, Julie, Emily, Justin, Rocky, Cora, Shawn, Stariona, Miriam, Shoshana, Ben, and Rachel. Great-grandfather of Chloe and Claire. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 28th, 2017 at Congregation Or Atid, 97 Concord Road, Wayland, MA 01778. A burial will then be held at Beit Olam East Cemetery, 42 Concord Road, Wayland, MA 01778. Following the services, a gathering to celebrate David’s life, will be held at Temple Emanuel, 150 Berlin Road, Marlborough, MA 01752. Memorial observance will take place at the Stoll Residence from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. starting Thursday and will continue daily through January 4th, 2018. Remembrances may be made to the Temple Emanuel Scholarship fund. David spent his career as a computer programmer, but really enjoyed the last few years substitute teaching for schools in Hudson, Marlboro and Bolton. He was a very talented woodworker whose model of the U.S.S. Constitution can be viewed at Hudson Public Library’s reference desk.
