Polakoff, Blossom (Reyn), of Boca Raton, FL, formerly of Brookline, MA, passed away on May 24, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Eugene Polakoff. Devoted mother of Joyce Weiner, and Michael Polakoff. Proud grandmother of Kristina Polakoff. Loving sister of the late Phyllis Diamond. Graveside service at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham St., Sharon, MA, on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 11:45 am.
