Ruth (Freeman) Aisner, of Chestnut Hill, on October 24, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Julius Aisner, Jr. Devoted mother of Helen Alkon and her husband Robert and Robert Aisner and his wife Patti. Loving grandmother of Jeffrey Alkon, David Aisner, Jonathan Aisner, and Sally Aisner. Cherished great-grandmother of Charlie, Miles, Anna, and Maggie Aisner. Dear sister of the late Leonard Freeman. Services at Temple Israel, 477 Longwood Ave., Boston, (parking on the Riverway), Friday, October 26, 2018 at 11:00 am. Interment at Temple Israel Cemetery, 492 North Ave., Wakefield. Memorial observance at The Function Room, 280 Boylston St., Chestnut Hill, Friday following interment until 6:00 pm and Saturday 5-8 pm.In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth’s memory may be made to the Freeman Family Scholarship Fund, West End House, 105 Allston St., Allston, MA 02134.
