STANLEY BEREZIN

Berezin, Stanley of Framingham, MA ,on June 28, 2010. Cherished husband of Evelyn; beloved father of Donna Downey and her husband Dan; loving grandfather of Matt and Sarah of West Hartford Ct and her fiance, Matt Paradisi. Stan graduated from Northeastern University in 1950, and served during the Korean War in the U.S. Air Corps. He was an active member of the Framingham Rotary Club, having held several offices over the years, including the Presidency. He was proud to have been named a Paul Harris Fellow and an International Service Citation award winner. For thirty-six years he was a dedicated employee of Liberty Mutual Insurance Co serving as Executive Sales Representative. Gregarious, compassionate and community-oriented, he had many friends and was loved by the people whose lives he touched with his warmth and ever-ready sense of humor. He was recognized from his frequent daily errands, always accompanied by his companion pug, Rosie. Graveside services will be private. Family and friends are invited to his residence Friday, July 2, 2010 from 3-5 P.M. Contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
