Seymour F. Silberberg LEOMINSTER- Seymour F. Silberberg, 93, of 43 Smith St., Leominster died on Monday, July 23rd in Univ of Mass Healthcare in Worcester. His wife Evelyn (Freedman) Silberberg died in 1996. He leaves a son, Boaz Silberberg of Jerusalem, Israel; and two grandchildren. He was born in New York City, a son of Joseph and Rae (Levine) Silberberg and lived in Leominster for 54 years. He graduated from the City College of New York and was an accountant for many years, retiring many years ago. He served for 4½years in the coastguard in this country and overseas during World War II. He was a long time member of Congregation Agudat Achim in Leominster and had been a teacher in its Hebrew School for many years. GRAVESIDE FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 10 AM, TODAY, FRIDAY, JULY 27TH in HOLY SOCIETY CEMETERY (CHEVRA KADISHA CEMETERY) on CEMETERY RD. in LEICESTER UNDER THE DIRECTION OF RICHARD PERLMAN of BREZNIAK RODMAN FUNERAL HOME of NEWTON. Memorial Observance will be held beginning on Sunday, July 29th through Thursday Noon, August 2nd at his residence, 43 Smith St., Leominster.
