Leon N. Goodman

of Chestnut Hill, on Nov. 9, 2013. Dear son of the late Paul and Sophie (Sandberg) Goodman. Loving brother of Allen Goodman and his wife Rona. Loving uncle of Mark and Robin Goodman. In 1961 Leon founded The Boston Hebrew Association of the Deaf. This organization became part of the Bureau of Jewish Education of Greater Boston in 1997. Graveside services will be held at The Keneseth Israel Cemetery, (D Street), opposite 19 Washington St., Woburn, on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013 at 12:00 noon. Following services memorial observance will be at the home of Allen and Rona Goodman until 9:00 pm Wednesday, and Thursday 4-8 pm.
