Herbert Kotzen

Herbert Kotzen, of Boston, on April 29, 2013.  Beloved husband of Lila (Levine).  Devoted father of Jim and Lauri-Jo of Newton, Peter and Karen of Chestnut Hill, and John and Barbara of Wellesley. Cherished grandfather of Jeffrey and his wife Elyssa, Michael, Julie, Robert, Alison, Matthew, Colby, and Andrew. Loving great-grandfather of Skylar.  Dear brother of Marcia Smith.  Adored uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Services at Congregation Mishkan Tefila, 300 Hammond Pond Parkway, Chestnut Hill, MA on Thursday May 2, at 12:00 Noon.  Following interment at  Congregation Mishkan Tefila Cemetery,  memorial observance will be at the home of Peter and Karen Kotzen until 8 p.m., Friday 12-5 pm, and Saturday 6-9 pm.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Congregation Mishkan Tefila.
