Lerner, Helen (Lurie) of Mashpee, former resident of Brockton for 50 years, on Feb. 3, 2008. Beloved wife of Elliot Lerner. Devoted mother of June Gerber of Mashpee, Alan Lerner of Columbus, OH, Kathy Brickman of Easton and the late David Lerner. Dear grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Sister of Irwin Lurie and Sy Lurie. Services at Temple Beth Emunah, 479 Torrey St., Brockton, on Tues., Feb. 5 at 2 p.m. Memorial observance will be at the home of Stephen and June Gerber, 94 Meadowbrook Rd., Mashpee on Tues. until 8 p.m. and continuing Weds. and Thurs. 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to Temple Beth Emunah or a charity of your choice.
