Dorothy Hoffman Sherin -age 98, of Boston, formerly of Marblehead, on October 28, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Ellsworth H. Sherin. Devoted mother of Peter Sherin and his wife Margaret, Joanne Malkin and her husband Dr. Leon Malkin, Paula Stahl and her late husband Jeffrey, and Patricia Liebman and her late husband Dr. Paul Liebman. Loving grandmother of Amy Snyder, Laurie Sobler, Matthew Stahl, Elizabeth Stahl, Joseph, Benjamin and Andrew Liebman, and David Sherin. Dear great grandmother of Abigail Snyder, Madeleine Snyder, Sam Sobler, Jed Sobler and Eli Liebman. Dear sister of the late Irene Goldfaden and Judge Sam Hoffman. Services are private.
