Edward R. Pepper

of Brookline, passed away on June 2, 2013 after almost 92 treasured years. Beloved husband of the late Ethel (Cudlitz) Pepper. Born in 1921 to Charles and Minnie Pepper, raised in the West End of Boston before moving to Brookline upon marrying. Brother of the late Samuel Pepper of Boston and Brookline. Dear Father of Marjorie Pepper of Brookline, Charles Pepper and wife Regina Bellavia of Brookline, and Susan Pepper Adler and husband Jeff Adler of Mamaroneck, NY. Grandfather of Joshua and Daniel Kaufman, and David and Michael Adler. Uncle to Arlene, Carl, Stuart, Ross and the late Elliott. Former devoted employee of the Town of Brookline School Department, Community Boating, and many other companies, where he saw the good in all of his colleagues as well as in everyone else he met. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2013. Visiting hours at his home on Tuesday following the service, Wednesday and Thursday 1-4pm and 6-8pm.
