Eric James Rubin, of Weston, on January 21, 2014. Beloved husband of Roberta (Simon) Rubin. Devoted father of Lucy and Evan Rubin. Dear son of Barbara Levitz and the late David Rubin and his surviving wife Arlene Rubin. Devoted brother of Mark Rubin and his wife Lauren, Emily Shain and Howard Benson. Son-in-law of Zelda and Saul Simon. Brother-in-law of Marjorie, and Sam Simon. Dear uncle of Jacob and Grace Rubin, and Brandon and Kyle Tobasky. Services at Temple Emanuel, 385 Ward St. Newton, on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 11:30 am. Following interment at Lindwood Memorial Park, Randolph, memorial observance will be  at the home of Lauren and Mark Rubin until 9:00 pm Thursday and Friday 12 to 4 pm.
