George touched many people through his diverse professional, civic, and philanthropic activities including service with CJP (lifetime board member), Jewish Vocational Services (Past President), Jewish Housing for the Elderly (Board member) and the formation of several temples. Later in life, George was especially proud of his years of volunteer service where he comforted neurologically ill children and their families at Bostons Children’s Hospital.
