Helene L. Altman

Helen L. Altman- of Waltham, on August 5,2015. Beloved wife of Charles Altman. Devoted mother of Karyn Altman, Janet Altman and her husband, Dr. David Bindman. Dear grandmother of Jason, Jeremy and Jarred Velazquez, and Jennifer and Rachel Bindman. Loving sister of the late Sol Kurtzman. Helene retired from Brandeis University as an administrative assistant. She was a dedicated volunteer for the Northeast Elementary School, Girls Scouts, and the Temple Beth Israel Sisterhood. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers remembrances to the Waltham Senior Center, 488 Main St., Waltham, MA 02452.
