Herbert Cohen

Cohen- Herbert of  Martha’s Vineyard, Palm Beach Gardens ,Florida ,  formerly  of  Wellesley..Died peacefully  at  home  at age  88 on September 8, 2011. Beloved husband of Sheila ( Miller) Cohen for  52  years .  Devoted  father  of  James  Cohen and his wife Amy Silberstein   of  Newton , Betsy Kessler  and her husband  Andrew of Wellesley. Dear grandfather of  Douglas, Julia and Caroline Cohen, Emily and  Jackson Kessler. Dear brother of   Dr. Sumner Cohen  of New York . Former   World  War II  Air  Force Pilot  and retired Vice President of Jordan Marsh Co.    Services at Temple Beth  Elohim,  10 Bethel Rd., Wellesley, on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2011 at 1:30 pm. Following interment at Sharon Memorial  Park,  memorial  observance  will be held at the home of Betsy and Andrew Kessler until 9:00 pm  Sunday, and Monday  2-4 & 7-9 pm. Memorial observance will  continue  Tuesday and Wednesday at    the home of  James  Cohen and  Amy Silberstein  2-4 & 7-9 pm.
