Devoted mother of Marsha Berenson and her husband Peter of Newton and Jacob Stein of CA., Cherished grandmother of Marissa Berenson. Loving sister of William Mendelsohn of Burlington ,MA. and Sayde Stein of Chestnut Hill and the late Lillian Shane, Dorothy Higer, Mildred Cassely , and Carl and James Mendelsohn . Services at Temple Shalom 175 Temple St. West Newton on Tuesday Oct. 7 at 2:30 pm.Following the interment in Woburn a memorial observance will be held at the home of Marsha and Peter Berenson until 9:00 pm this evening. In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to a charity of your choice.
