Joan R. (Schlosberg) Weinstein

Joan R. Weinstein (Schlosberg), of Dedham, formerly of Newton and Brookline, on November 15,2014. Beloved wife of Bob Weinstein. Devoted mother of Louis Weinstein and his wife Anne (Chana), and Sarah Falber. Dear grandmother of Leah, Rafi, Akiva and Kayla Weinstein, and Harry, Zach, and Seth Falber. Loving sister of Hope Shir and her husband Phil and Barbara Goldberg and her husband Herb. Dear sister in law of Charles and Howard Weinstein. Also survived by loving nieces and their spouses and children. Services at Temple Emanuel, 385 Ward St., Newton, on Tuesday, November 18, 2014  at 11:00 am. Interment at Or Emet Cemetery, Baker St., West Roxbury. Memorial observance will commence Wednesday evening at the home of Sarah Falber from 7-9 pm, and will continue Thursday 3-5 pm at NewBridge on The Charles, 5000 Great Meadow Rd., Dedham. In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to Myasthenia Gravis Foundation, 355 Lexington Ave., 15th Floor, New York, NY 10017,  American Parkinson’s Disease Association, 135 Parkinson Ave., Staten Island, NY 10305 or  Juvenile Diabetes Association, 26 Broadway, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10004.
