Joy T. Sharton-Age 85, of Newton and Mashpee, on August 12, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Eric F. Sharton.  Devoted mother of Rick Sharton and his wife Brenda, Bob Sharton, and Jim Sharton and his wife Gretchen. Dear grandmother of Will, Charlie, Ben, Maddie, Drew, Alec, Theo, Chloe, and Phoebe.  Services at The Wilson Chapel, 234 Herrick Road, Newton Centre, on Monday, August 15, 2016 at 11:00 am. Following internment at Baker St. Cemetery, West Roxbury, memorial observance will be at the residence of Rick and Brenda Sharton until 8 pm, and Tuesday from 5-8 pm.  In lieu of flowers remembrances to Doctors Without Borders.
