of Wayland, MA, on November 16, 2015. Beloved husband of Beth Ann (Diamond) Terada. Devoted father of Jay Terada and his wife Yuka, and Marc Terada. Cherished grandfather of Kenshin David Terada. Dear brother of Haruaki Terada. Kozo loved his family, golf, tennis, gardening and cooking. Graveside service at Beit Olam East Cemetery, 42 Concord Rd., Wayland, MA, on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at 11:30 am. Following services,  memorial observance will be at his residence until 8:00 pm Wednesday, Thursday   2-4 and 6-8 pm, and Friday 2-4 pm.
