FORMAN, Madeline “Micky” Age 92 of West Roxbury on December 5, 2011. Beloved daughter of the late Jennie and Martin Forman. Dear sister of the late Lawrence and Fay Forman, and Doris (Forman) and Kelly Weinstein. Devoted aunt of Beverly (Weinstein) and Roger Litman, Stephen and Lelia Weinstein, Alan and Cookie Forman, Ricky and Janice Weinstein and Jeffrey Forman. Dear grand aunt of Peter Litman and Ann Harada, Kim (Weinstein) and Harlan Wynn, Jill (Litman) and Peter Weiner, Adam Weinstein, Kara Weinstein, Scott Weinstein, Joanna (Forman) and Chris Watson, Craig Weinstein, Jenna Forman, Michelle Weinstein, Lindsay Forman, Justin Weinstein, Megan Weinstein and the late Zachary Forman. Great grand aunt to Amanda and Kyle Wynn, Cole and Dana Weiner and Elvis Litman. Graveside services at Sharon Memorial Park on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 12:45PM. Memorial observance will be held at the home of Beverly and Roger Litman following interment until 9PM and on Thursday from 1-4PM and 7-9PM.
