POLIT, Manuel N., Age 100 of  Cambridge formerly of Brookline on August 15, 2011. Beloved husband of the late Davida (Gorfinkle) Polit. Devoted father of Stephen Polit and his wife Susan of Belmont. Dear grandfather of Jonathan Polit of Washington, D.C. Loving brother of Rachel Cohen of Mill Valley, CA. Services at the Beth El Temple Center, 2 Concord Ave. Belmont on Thursday August 18, 2011 at 11:00 am. Following the interment at Sharon Memorial Park a memorial observance will be held at the home of Stephen and Susan Polit until 9:00 pm Thursday only.
