Norma Marcus

Norma (Dame) Marcus-Age 87, of Framingham, formerly of Swampscott, passed away on November 9, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late George Marcus. Devoted mother of Harriet and Stephen Freedman and Shari and Jay Horowitz. Loving grandmother of Marcy and Dave Sigel and Alyssa and Jason Safer, Sarah and Olivia Horowitz. Proud great grandmother of Jacob Sigel. Born and raised in Worcester Norma was the daughter of the late Myer and Sarah Dame and loving sister of the late Lillian Dame and Ruth Melnick. Norma touched generations of people through her many summers at Camp Tel Noar and the Cohen Foundation Camps. Services at Temple Beth Sholom, 50 Pamela Rd., Framingham on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at 12:30 pm. Following interment at Framingham Natick Hebrew Cemetery a memorial observance will be at the residence of Harriet and Stephen Freedman until 8 pm, continuing Monday, 1-3 & 7-9 pm and Tuesday 7-9 pm.
