Beloved husband of Emma Vesey. Devoted father of Susan Zalkind, Ivan Zalkind, Kurt Shapiro, Ariel Keefer and her husband Jamie. Proud grandfather of Evelyn Keefer, Lily Keefer.  Cherished brother of Joanne Jacobs.
