Paula (Sands) Swartz

Paula (Sands) Swartz, 82, of Dedham, formerly of Chestnut Hill, passed away peacefully on November 15,2016, with those closest to her by her side.Loving mother of Wayne Swartz and his wife Nancy of Needham MA and Jeff Swartz and his wife Pam of Del Ray Beach, FL; devoted sister of Roberta Chafetz and her husband Irwin; adoring grandmother of Jared, Jaime, Doug, Brian and Crystal; loving aunt of Howard and Amy, Larry and Rachel Chafetz, and great-aunt of Cameron, Jolie, Daniel, Tal, and Ben. Paula was preceded in death by her cherished parents, Mary and David Sands and grandson Daniel Swartz. Services will be held at the Wilson Chapel, 234 Herrick Road, Newton Centre, Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 11:00am.Following interment at Baker St., West Roxbury, memorial observance will be at the home of Wayne and Nancy Swartz until 9:00pm Sunday, and Monday 7-9pm.
