Phyllis (Stone) Jacobs-of Chestnut Hill, MA, on March 19, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Burton Jacobs. Dear daughter of the late Sidney and Mae (Shriberg) Stone. Devoted mother of Bari Jacobs and her husband Eric Hollenberg, and Eric Jacobs. Cherished grandmother of the love of her life, Jade Hollenberg. Devoted cousin of Peggy, Chelsea and Alex Stone. Dear sister of the late Gerald Stone. Services at Congregation Mishkan Tefila, 300 Hammond Pond Parkway, Chestnut Hill, on Monday, March 21, 2016 at 12:00 noon. Following interment at Baker St., West Roxbury, memorial observance will be held at the Ledgebrook Club House, 261 Nahanton St.,Newton until 9:00 pm and will continue on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
