Robert Cohen

of Newton Centre, on November 22, 2014 at age 92. Beloved husband of the late Charlotte (Serbin) Cohen. Longtime companion of Elinor Righter. Devoted father of Linda Cohen and Fredric and Susan Cohen. Loving grandfather of Michael and Mara Cohen, Cindi and Greg Samuels, and Carly Cohen. Cherished great-grandfather of Harper, Reese, and Emilee. Dear brother of Norman and Sheila Cohen, Shirley and the late Bertram Cohen, and the late Benson Cohen. Proudly served with the 597th Signal Air Warning Battalion of the U.S. Army Air Force in the Pacific Theater during WWII. Services at Sharon Memorial Park, 43 Dedham St., Sharon, on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 1:45 pm.  Memorial observance at the home of Fredric and Susan Cohen, Monday following the service until 8 pm, Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 pm, and Wednesday 2-4 pm.
