Sarah F. Ostroff-Age 95 of Brookline,MA, born on July 4, 1919, on June 6, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Norman Ostroff. Devoted mother of Saul Ostroff and his wife Arlene, Judy L. Litwak, and Helene Faneuil and her husband Edward. Dear grandmother of David Ostroff and his wife Sara, Andrew Ostroff,  Ari  Faneuil, and Jesse Faneuil and his wife Andrea. Loving great grandmother of Hannah and Nora Ostroff and Owen Faneuil. Dear sister of the late Louis Black, Gertrude Miller, Celia Slawsby and  Benjamin Black. Graveside service at Moses Mendelsohn Cemetery, Jeshurun Rd. at 350 Grove St., West Roxbury, on Sunday, June 7, 2015 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to a charity of your choice. Sarah was proud to be in the first graduating class at Jeremiah E. Burke High School , Dorchester.

From Route 95 (128):

Take Exit 15A (Dedham) to Route 1 North
Go 1.7 miles and bear right onto Washington Street
Go 1 mile
Take a right onto Grove Street
Go one quarter of a mile
Turn left on Jeshurun Road

From Brookline:

Take Beacon Street West through Cleveland Circle past Boston College.                  Turn left onto Hammond Pond Parkway and follow rotary
Follow across onto LaGrange Street, cross Route 1
Go 1 mile, turn right onto Centre Street (Blanchard’s Liquors on right)
Follow past St. Theresa’s Church
At light turn left in front of Keefe Funeral home and go up the hill
At crushed stone plant stay left and continue straight across Washington Street
Cemeteries are one quarter of a mile on the left
