Devoted father of Cynthia Tocman and her husband Elliot Schneider of NY and Howard Tocman and his wife Susan of Charlotte, NC. Dear grandfather of Jacob, Samuel and Sarah. Loving brother of the late Jack Tocman, Bessie Kaplan, Mamie Israel and Abraham Tocman. Graveside services at the Maple Hill Cemetery, Canterbury Drive, Peabody (off of route 114) on Sunday, July 12 at 12:30 pm. Memorial observance will be at the Welch residence in North Andover on Sunday only.
