Sylvia Jaffe

Sylvia Jaffe-of Newton, formerly of Needham, on May 24, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Theodore”Teddy” Jaffe. Devoted mother of Charles Jaffe and his wife Martha Heller, Phyllis Spool and her husband Richard, Deborah McCarthy, and Judy Pearl and her husband David. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Harold Goldstein and the late Norton Goldstein. Services at Wilson Chapel, 234 Herrick Rd., Newton Centre, on Friday, May 27, 2016 at 10:30 am. Following interment at Staro Konstantinov Cemetery, Baker St.,West Roxbury, memorial observance will be at the home of Judy and David Pearl on Friday until 5:00 pm  and Sunday 1-5 & 7-9 pm,and will continue at the home of Phyllis and Richard Spool in Worcester, Monday and Tuesday 1-4 & 5:30-8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers remembrances to The Jewish National Fund, 42 East 69^th St., New York, NY 10021 or Sjogrens Syndrome Foundation, 6707 Democracy Blvd., Suite 325,Bethesda, MD 20817.
