Rattet-Irving of Newbridge,Dedham, formerly of Randolph, and Delray Beach, FL Beloved husband of the late Sophie (Newman) Rattet. Devoted father of Clark Rattet and his wife Janice. Dear grandfather of Jennifer Schulman and Joshua Rattet and his wife Erica and great grandfather of Jonah and Anna Schulman, Maxwell, Dylan and Brandon Rattet. Loving brother of Eva Miller and Sylvia Goldberg. Graveside services at the Mishkan Tefila Memorial Park, Opposite 2604 Centre St. West Roxbury on Sunday, June 3 at 11:30 am. Memorial observance will be at the home of Clark and Janice Rattet on Sunday until 8 pm and Monday 5:30-8 pm. Nellie Diamond

Diamond-Nellie (Greenberg) age 95, of Worcester, passed away on June 1,, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Edward Diamond. Devoted mother of Donald Diamond and his wife Carol, Wayne Diamond and his late wife Carole, Marilyn Feldman and her husband Elliot, and the late Richard Diamond. Dear grandmother of Scott Diamond, Laurie Diamond, Jenya Guillemin and her husband Andre, Lt. Benjamin Feldman and his wife Tricia, and Eve Feldman. Proud great grandmother of Arielle Diamond, and Camille Feldman. Loving sister of Nathan Greenberg and his wife Barbara, Harold Gruen, and Annette Lightner. Nellie was decades younger in mind, spirit, and enthusiasm than her 95 years would dictate. A life-long optimist, Nellie taught us to live by quiet example, never judging and always knowing love from selfishness. She was a guiding light and served as a humble inspiration to all who knew her. Services at Temple Israel, 477 Longwood Ave., Boston, (parking attendants on the Riverway), on Monday, June 4, 2012 at 11:00 am. Following interment at B’Nai Brith Cemetery, Worcester, a memorial observance will be at the home of Elliot and Marilyn Diamond Feldman until 7 pm and will continue Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in Nellie’s  memory may be made to the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation, 636 Morris Turnpike, Suite 3A, Short Hills, NJ, 07078.

Helen (Kopelman) Kline

LEOMINSTER — Helen (Kopelman) Kline, 87, of Fitchburg died on Monday, May 21st at The Highlands.

She leaves her husband of 56 years, Milton W. Kline; a son, Daniel Kline and his wife Norine of Westboro and a daughter, Susan A. Kline of Newton. Her son Thomas E. Kline died in 1987. She leaves two sisters, Lorrie wife of Edwin Kaitz of Rockville, MD and Barbara wife of William Maren of North Andover and two grandchildren.

She was born in Lawrence, a daughter of Morris and Dora Kopelman and have had lived in Fitchburg and Leominster over 50 years.

She graduated from the School of Nursing of Chelsea Memorial Hospital in 1950 and was a registered nurse in hospitals in Los Angeles, Denver, Philadelphia, Fitchburg and Leominster. She was also a private duty nurse.

She was a long time member of Congregation Agudat Achim and its Sisterhood of Leominster and Hadassah.

KLINE — Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 23rd in Congregation Agudat Achim, 236 Washington St., Leominster under the direction of RICHARD PERLMAN of BREZNIAK RODMAN FUNERAL HOME of NEWTON. Burial will be in Agudat Achim Cemetery in Fitchburg.

Memorial Observance will be held at her residence, through Wednesday Evening and 2:00PM to 4:00PM on Thursday. Minyan Services will be held at the residence at 6:00PM on Wednesday, 6:00PM on Thursday and 7:15AM on Friday.

Memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Agudat Achim in Leominster and the Alzheimer’s Foundation.

Rogovin-Hugh D., of W. Newton, passed away surrounded by family on May 20, 2012. Beloved husband of Frances (Levine) Rogovin. Devoted father of Marc Rogovin, and Bruce and his wife Julie (Zammarchi) Rogovin. Dear grandfather of Isabella, Cecilia, and Spencer Rogovin. Loving brother of Sara Witkin and Gerald Rogovin. Ruth (Alpert) Boyer, 101 WORCESTER – Ruth (Alpert) Boyer, age 101, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on May 19th. Her husband of 38 years, Edward Boyer died in 1975. She leaves her son, Stuart Boyer and his wife Fay of Lake Worth, FL. She was predeceased by her daughter Carol Carbonneau, who died on Oct. 3, 2002, and by her infant son Allan Boyer, who died of spinal meningitis. She leaves seven grandchildren, Jon Carbonneau and his wife Sherri, Lisa wife of Steven Greene, Amy wife of Stephen Letourneau, Edward Carbo-nneau and his wife Kristen, Andy Boyer and his wife Amy, Michael Boyer and David Boyer and 16 great grandchildren, Michelle, Danielle, Nicole, Adam and Kevin Carbonneau, Marissa, Devin and Taylor Greene, Tyler and Collin Letourneau, Lindsey, Nicholas and Cassidy Carbonneau, Jessica, Remy and Zachary Boyer and her good friends. She was predeceased by her brothers Nathan and Irving Alpert. She resided at the Jewish Healthcare Center and previously at Eisenberg Assisted LIving Residence and for 55 years on Kinnicutt Rd. She lived a long and productive life, working until she was 95 years old. She had worked for Leib Insurance Co., Alan Corp. and Kanef Drug Co. She was an avid reader of the Worcester Telegram, reading it daily without the use of glasses. She loved to go to Val’s Restaurant in Holden to celebrate Mother’s Day. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Monday, May 21th in Beth Israel Synagogue on 15 Jamesbury Drive under the direction of Richard Perlman of Brezniak-Rodman Funeral Home of Newton. Burial will be in Holy Society Cemetery in Leicester. Memorial Observance will be held through Tuesday Evening at the residence of Lisa and Steven Greene, 25 Waterville Lane in Shrewsbury.
