MICHAEL G. WINER

Winer-Michael Gene “Mike” on July 17, 2008. He was the beloved husband of Elaine (Family) Winer and loving father of Lisa Winer of San Francisco, CA and Lowell Winer of Los Angeles, CA. His parents louis and Eleanor Winer and brother Stephan are now deceased. Mike attended Ohio State University, worked in material handling sales for many years and as manager of Highway Driver Leasing. A veteran of the Korean War, he was very interested in history and politics and a great conversationalist on these subjects. Graveside services on Monday, July 21 at 10:45 am at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon. Remembrances may be made to the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Asssociation or the Salvation Army.

Martin Sigel, of Malden,died on July 16, 2008 at the Kathleen Daniel Nursing Home in Framingham. He was 79. Mr. Sigel was born in Chelsea, MA. For many years he was a draftsman working with the Army Corps of Engineers. He was the son of the late Hyman Sigel and Betty (Margolis) Sigel. He leaves his wife Ruth (Jacobs) Sigel; his nieces and nephews, Arlene and Larry DeHaan of Framingham, Jeffrey and Cheryl Dorenfeld of Reading. Also survived by several other loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Brezniak-Rodman Chapel, 1251 Washington St. (Corner of Chestnut Street) , West Newton on Friday, July 18 at 11:00 am. Memorial observance will be at the home of Arlene and Larry DeHaan, on Friday until sundown, Sat evening, Sunday and Monday after 1 pm.
